जम्मू-कश्मीर में जिला विकास परिषद यानी डीडीसी (District Development Council) के लिए आज वोट डाले जा रहे हैं. सुबह 7 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक मतदान की प्रक्रिया चलेगी. पहले चरण में जम्मू की 17 और कश्मीर की 26 सीटों पर वोटिंग हो रही है.
